Real Fitness for Real People

Imagine that you started your fitness journey. You’re working towards a healthier you and along the way, you pick up one of those expensive supplements you’ve heard about it. You try them and quickly realize they taste terrible, don’t work, and no one else wants them. What a waste!

That’s where Adam from The Lift Box comes in to save the day.

“We’re just normal guys. We don’t make a million dollars in a day,” said Adam.

After spending a decade on active duty with the Coast Guard, Adam developed a strong understanding of personal fitness and what really works.

“How could I expect people to spend money on things I wouldn’t buy? I wouldn’t,” he said.

That’s why The Lift Box has carefully chosen a variety of supplements, meal plans and fitness schedules to provide value to their customers. That means that everyone from expert trainers to people just starting out can enjoy the benefits of The Lift Box.

With a clean-yet-rugged box design, featuring embellishments from the American Flag to October’s Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon, The Lift Box stands for positive change from hard work. That same perseverance is what has helped Adam create The Lift Box to his satisfaction, maximizing the space of the boxes and trying to understand what people want.

BoxUp’s wide variety of sizes have made it easier for Adam to get those boxes into people’s lives.

“Social media can create a warped sense of reality,” he said.

That’s why the team at The Lift Box wants to keep it as real and as personable as possible. They design everything in-house, from their famously soft t-shirts to the distinct art on each box. According to Adam, all of this helped him stay on budget with everything. The team was even able to walk him through the design software that was used, which allowed him to keep the design labor in-house, as well.

Adam’s dreams for improving the lives of others doesn’t stop with the products.

“I really hope to create a community, offer support,” he said of his goals for The Lift Box in the future. So, keep an eye out for Adam and The Lift Box as they continue to grow and continue to help their customers grow, too.
