BoxUp and Stevie Boi Collaborate with New Fashion Patterns for a Cause

BoxUp is pleased to announce a series of PINK patterns in collaboration with fashion designer, Stevie Boi. The new PINK box patterns feature iconic images from Stevie Boi’s fall 2017 PINK collection. Anyone can use them, but only through BoxUp and its design-print platform.

Iconic images from Stevie Boi’s 2017 NYFW show are woven into the BoxUp pattern and textures.

As a part of its launch, BoxUp is donating 10% of each order featuring a Stevie Boi PINK pattern to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Stevie, a two-time survivor of breast cancer is passionate about both fashion and fighting for a cure. “These patterns reflect the design of the PINK line and the passion of the Stevie Boi team to give back,” said Stevie Boi.

The water color shimmer of this rose fabric inspired our pink watercolor and electric cellophane textures.

New York Fashion Week arrives in September and Stevie Boi’s catwalk will feature new takes on the iconic Boi look and feel seen in the BoxUp pattern series. Featuring black patent leather, pink fur, yarn and cellophane, the textures feel both familiar and fresh to the runway. The lace, braids and diamonds reflect popular touchpoints of the PINK collection.

Furs, leathers, lace, plastic and shimmer inspired these covetable fabrics and our Stevie Boi fabric box textures.

Stevie Boi and BoxUp began a collaboration discussion in the fall of 2017 and quickly decided on the PINK pattern series to launch at New York Fashion Week 2018.

Over-the-top delicate lace goes from feminine to goth in a few strokes.

About the collaboration, Stevie notes, “We love that BoxUp is bringing fashion to something that used to be so boring – packaging! And with their production flexibility, BoxUp is accessible to small businesses and individuals.” BoxUp CEO, Curt Stephens said, “With New York Fashion Week in September and Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, the timing is perfect to launch these patterns and generate some real benefit for breast cancer research. Stevie’s bold use of shape, color and texture makes the box come alive.”
