Fresh, Hot Interior Samples Comin’ Up!
In the past, New Leaf Interiors would drop off samples of fabric, granite, tile and other materials to clients using a flimsy cloth bag. This delivery method didn’t leave a strong impression. And it contributed to samples getting damaged or lost along the way.
Firm principal Gretchen Knoblock needed a better solution for this important element of the design process, a solution that would enhance the client experience and the New Leaf brand.
She decided to add the element of a custom designed box from BoxUp.
In taking that step, she found that she elevated the entire customer experience, and her own. She noted that not only does she feel great about presenting a New Leaf box to clients, the samples are more likely to be considered valuable and, therefore, returned.
Gretchen branded the sides of her take-out boxes with labels like “FRESH HOT FINISH SAMPLES,” noting that adding a bit of creativity to the box makes the design process a little more fun and engaging.
“I love it. My clients really like them too,” she said.
With BoxUp and Gretchen’s creativity a sometimes throw-away part of the process has new meaning and value.
“I designed them the way I did as branding is important to me and these showcase my logo and examples of my work.”GRETCHEN KNOBLOCKOWNER, NEW LEAF INTERIORS
