Gunner Crate for Freedom and Family
“We are passionate people who will fight for what we believe in and for rights we feel are given rights.”
As a twenty-year Army Combat veteran, Brian noticed that the cost of firearms supplies had become too high for many people to participate in the shooting sports they loved. To help keep his and others’ skills honed, he thought up Gunner Crate, a monthly subscription box of firearms supplies that comes in two types: the Recreation Box and the Competitive Box.
Whether one practices for fun or for competition, Brian is a firm believer that the ability to practice Second Amendment rights shouldn’t be reserved only for those who can afford it.
In fact, getting people back in touch with their passions and skills is a large part of what keeps Brian going.
After one customer found Gunner Crate, he was able to return to shooting sports after years of missing out because of cost. “After a few months of our service, this individual is back at shooting full time at a local club and has never been happier in life,” says Brian.
Connecting fellow gunners to quality supplies, however, still takes a back seat to what Brian finds most important in life: family.
“I’ve made a few simple rules over the years that has helped keep priorities in check,” he explains. Even though managing a business can mean overwhelming workloads at times, home is where his heart is. “Family always comes first, and always will.”
Balancing work and life may be a challenge with the rapidly-growing subscription service, but it’s something that Brian believes is essential. Staying present and active in his loved-ones’ lives is key to his success.
“This brings me happiness and translates into a more productive business owner and manager,” he says.
Brian’s dream for Gunner Crate? To “change the shooting industry, one subscription at a time.”
He’s even made sure the boxes themselves are valuable to his customers: BoxUp’s custom designs have allowed him to make the box into a target. Keeping down waste, providing quality products and moving forward with his customers’ freedoms in mind, Brian certainly has his eyes on the prize. No amount of success will distract him from what really matters in life, however.
As Gunner Crate grows, Brian can push through the tough times knowing who he’s doing it all for.
“Family…we share in the struggle and share in the victory!”
